Each training session is tailored to the needs of the students and will push them to improve their martial arts skills. This will typically involve cardio exercise, strength training, flexibility and mobility drills, technical training and all the different forms of sparring. All classes are open to beginners and experienced students alike.
Your first two sessions are free. Individual sessions - £6 per session. Training once per week - £22 per month. Unlimited training [twice a week] - £40 per month. Family rates offered - speak to the instructor for details. Once you commit to training - you pay your license fee to join the TAGB and you will need a dobok [training suit]. Both of these are available from the club.
